Belarus Asks Russia to Pay for its Army

The Belarusian president Alexander Lukashenko has caused a scandal, by asking Russia to finance his country's military.
Opposition figures in Belarus are accusing him of betraying national interests.
It's not clear if Russia will agree to the proposal - with some analysts saying Russia should sort-out its own army first.
