Financial Times: Special Belarus Supplement

Financial Times has published a special supplement (pdf) on Belarus. It portrays Belarus as an atractive investment destination and is yet another evidence that Belarusian authorities are interested in reducing their dependance on Russia. The report also shows that Lord Bell, a newly-contracted external PR consultant of the official Minsk, can deliver results. Lord Bell ’s client list included Margaret Thatcher, Boris Berezovsky and the late Aleksander Litvinenko.
